Mouthful of Forevers
“I’m scared you will realize I’m just bones and questions and leave me for something solid.” Clementine von Radics
Mouthful of Forevers by Clementine von Radics is what dreams are made of. The poems aren’t your typical “star crossed lovers running around with too many unsaid things”. They are packed with real emotion. They have been proved to inspire wedding vows, paintings, songs, YouTube videos, and even tattoos among its fans.
Radics has a way with words that someone her age only dreams of. Loving, yearning and letting go might seem heavy themes at first but since it is balanced with sighs of relief and familiarity, they never get overwhelming. Only honest encapsulation. Always.
I won’t tell anyone to just read this. I would gift this to a close few who I know will enjoy this shared secret that this book is. One of my favorites - “He is drowning in his own sadness. Drowning people often believe that if they grab hold of someone else they can be saved, but it just makes you both sink faster.”
